Who is responsible?
Moxbewafflerockt Training Media Ltd is responsible for this website. Our contact address is 18 Wellington Street, Leeds LS1 4EA, United Kingdom. For privacy questions, write to [email protected].
Information you enter
The Contact page message worksheet runs in your browser. The name, reply email, subject and message you enter are used to assemble a plain-text preview. The site does not submit that text to a server. You can copy it to your clipboard or download it as a text file, after which the handling of that information is under your control.
Do not include sensitive personal information or private information about children in a message worksheet. If you choose to email us yourself, the information in that email will be handled to respond to your enquiry and administer editorial correspondence.
Technical information
When a website is requested, the hosting provider may process technical information such as an IP address, browser details, requested pages and request times as part of delivering and securing the service. The provider's infrastructure and retention practices govern those server records. This static website does not include analytics, advertising pixels or external scripts.
Local browser features
The navigation and scroll-reveal features run locally in your browser. The contact worksheet creates a temporary downloadable text file when you choose Download Text. This site does not use a cookie-based account or advertising profile. See Cookies for the browser-storage and cookie information applicable to this site.
Sharing and retention
We do not sell information submitted to us. Information sent by email may be accessed by people responsible for handling the enquiry and by service providers needed to operate email. We keep correspondence only for as long as reasonably needed to respond, maintain editorial records or meet legal obligations, then delete or securely dispose of it where appropriate.
Your choices and rights
Depending on your location, data protection law may give you rights to request access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection or transfer of personal information. You may also have the right to complain to a data protection supervisory authority. Contact us using the email above to make a request; we may need to verify your identity before responding.
Changes to this notice
We may update this notice when site practices change. The current version is published on this page. Please check it occasionally if you use the website regularly.
